| physical properties | gallium selenide is a dark-brown flashing plate-like crystal. Relative density 5.03, melting point (960±10). GaSe, like GaS, is a semiconductor with layered structure. With the decrease of temperature, the maximum value of the photoelectric effect of GaSe moves in the direction of short wave. |
